Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All products are made-to-order. This means that we don't have control over the printing, shipping or refund process. The manufacturer we use only offers returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items and must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. They do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyers remorse. Please refer to the size chart and materials information on each product before you buy!

If your item has been damaged, misprinted or defective, please email a photo to tfwbrooklyn@gmail.com, and return your item to the return address printed on original packaging.
